Audri Scott Williams describes herself as a mother, a grandmother, a peacewalker, a vision-keeper, a motivator, a human rights activist, an author, and a producer. The vision she keeps has led her around the world since the year 2000 with a team of dedicated walkers, including her mother!

She followed her vision on the Trail of Dreams Ancestral Journey, a walk from Pennsylvania to Georgia in 2000 and then in Ghana, West Africa in 2002; to six continents between 2005 and 2009 on the Trail of Dreams World Peace Walk; and now back to the US, where she is preparing to launch the 13-Moon Walk 4 Peace. The walk, to over forty cities and reservations throughout the USA, will begin on October 10, 2010. The route will take walkers nearly 10,000 miles around the USA. Their goal is to awaken the “heart” of America, bringing visibility to the invisible and voice to the voiceless to affect healing and transformation in the way we relate to each other and Mother Earth. The walk will end on November 11, 2011 back in Atlanta.  Audri’s peace pilgrimages spring from her passion for a just and righteous society that promotes the interconnectedness of all life.

Baba Ojiji Ti Emi (‘Elder Shadow of Spirit’) is walking in the 13 Moon Walk 4 Peace in order to support Audri Scott Williams in her work for peace while remembering that people need to practice the “7 Generation” decision making in order to preserve the planet Earth for at least 7th generation and as preparation for what God desires for him to do as a ‘Post 2012 Octogenarian.’ For the past five years Baba Ojiji has been working towards the liberation of Black people as a member of The Pan Orthodox Christian Church. “I feel that I am expected to practice what I write in the Soft Ware For the Souls Revisited and love all people unconditionally from the inside out. I have to walk the walk of universal unconditional love.”

Art Brown is the logistical coordinator for the 13 Moon Walk 4 Peace and a long time Peace and Environmental activist who has been doing grassroots work on a consistent basis since 1984. The root of all of Art’s work is to create a more just and fair society for all. “What is truly important for me is that people realize that they themselves are needed to create all of the necessary changes that the human race needs to continue to exist on Sacred Mother Earth. It is quite obvious to me that governments often operate in a manner that is not conducive to the overall wellbeing of all of society. We as individuals must create the harmony and unity that is critical to create a more just and fair society for all. Now is the time that we must take our feet to the street and let our voices be heard far and wide”.  A breakdown of Art’s work can be found @ www.peacesteps.net

Mary Woods As a flower child of the 1960′s, Mary was influenced by the peace movement of that time. Her life became a journey of spiritual awakening as she followed her heart in pursuit of truth and inner peace. After a ten year “back to basics” lifestyle in Puerto Rico, her interests in metaphysics led her to visit many spiritual communities around the U.S. She was fortunate to be a staff member at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, The Foundation For A Course In Miracles, and Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. Mary’s appreciation for natural health led her to become a wellness coach, her respect for ceremony led her to become a celebration artist, and her desire to be of service led to her to become a workshop leader. She recently wrote and illustrated an inspirational book called, The Heart Of The Matter, expressing her vision of a Great Awakening of Love within our hearts, to bring a shift in the collective consciousness that is so needed on our planet. Believing that ideas are strengthened by sharing, Mary feels that the 13MoonWalk4peace can inspire a revolution of the heart, transcending our divisions, and making it the peace movement of our time. Mary is wholeheartedly honored to be of service as the National Coordinator of the 13moonwalk4peace along with her husband David DeFebo.

His lifelong pursuit of understanding nature and human health through holism has led him to a long career in the nutrition and natural health field. As a general manager of nutrition centers and a holistic health consultant, he holds a masters degree in integrative health science and natural health. His pursuit of holistic vision has led him to in depth spiritual studies, energy healing, meditation, and to a unified view of life. He currently runs his business, HealThySelf, with his wife Mary Woods in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

David was so inspired by the Trail of Dreams Peace Walkers and their current walk, the 13 Moon Walk 4 Peace (www.13moonwalk4peace.org) that he felt compelled to join the walk as National Coordinator with his wife Mary. He believes all of humanity is going through a very large shift in consciousness and feels very strongly that this walk is an important part of that shift. By encouraging the dissolution of barriers to peace through compassion and understanding we can all experience a peaceful and sustainable world together.
